With lift, parking space, terrace and a large communal swimming pool in the residential complex in which it is located.

Strategically located in the heart of Golf del Sur, ideal for lovers of this sport and with a great connection to get to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, Internet, terrace, lift and communal swimming pool.

Outdoor bowls with a 2 minute walk

Spotlessly clean and bright. Beautiful 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with 2 balconies. Unfortunately overlooking a very busy road, no sea views. Sun does eventually come onto the front balcony in the afternoon. Lovely heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Plenty of on site parking. Good electrical appliances. Great regular bus routes within a 2 minute walk. Ideal for bowlers for Teide Bowls Club directly opposite the apartment. Been visiting Golf Del Sur, Tenerife for many years to play winter bowls and although this is a beautiful apartment it is very overpriced for the area.

Nos encanta jugar al golf y por eso elegimos este alojamiento dada su cercanía a este paraíso del golf en Tenerife. El piso nos encantó porque nos ofreció el espacio y la comodidad que necesitábamos. Su terraza y la piscina comunitaria son espectaculares, volveremos para repetir sin dudarlo!
