In the heart of Ampuriabrava is our very well-kept Villa Alberes, with a large pool and an inviting terrace.
The villa impresses with the large conservatory and the view of the large terrace and the pool. It invites you to relax, evenings with family or friends at the barbecue, children enjoying the pool.
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room is directly attached to it. There is also a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. In front of this is an open plan area where there is an additional sleeping accommodation for either an adult or 2 children.
The 3 sleeping areas have German satellite TV.
Villa Alberes has sun loungers outside.
Meals can be taken either outdoors or in the conservatory.
For sufficient comfort, the house has 2 air conditioners for the summer (optional bookable 50 €/week) and for the cooler days there is a heater and a beautiful fireplace. Of course there is also a washing machine for the guests.
