Fisherman's house with more than 100 years of history, located in the heart of Puerto de Llançà in the commercial center and Puerto Deportivo Club Nautic Llançà. It consists of a dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom. Floor bedrooms with three double bedrooms, and attic with double suite room and terrace with barbecue and spectacular views of the sea, mountains and marina. Great location, great apartment! There was a generous amount of space for my family. Raquel and Jordi were quick to help/answer questions when needed. The village is darling!

Beau gite avec terrasse au 2eme étage

Gite propre,spacieux, propriétaires réactifs. Par contre les escaliers sont étroits et raides sans rampe pour le 1er et le 2eme étage et de ce fait l'accès à la terrasse est difficile d'accès. De là haut, la vue est sublime Le séjour au premier étage,par contre ,donne sur un batiment .

Wir haben die Zeit genossen, man konnte sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse suchen und das lauschige Lüftchen genießen. Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend und jederzeit zur Hilfe bereit. Vielen Dank an Jordi und Raquel :)

Une maison et un emplacement au top

Juste un mot parfait merci aux propriétaires. L'emplacement est top pour profiter des plages et du port sans utiliser la voiture. Et le parking juste à côté compris dans la location est particulièrement appréciable. Nous recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent profiter du port et de ses festivités.

Tranquilidad y comodidad en el centro del Puerto de Llançà

La casa está situada en una zona muy buena del puerto de Llançà. la comodiad es extrema para hacer compras en poco tiempo: pesacadería, carnicería, tienda de comestibles y panadería en menos de 25 metros. Esto hace que el tiempo para pasear y descansar sea mayor. La casa está bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable. Nosotros éramos una pareja y nos sobraba casa, pero hay sitio para dormir 8 personas. Las vistas al amanecer desde la habitación del último piso son preciosas. También queremos resaltar que Raquel y Jordi son una pareja amable y encantadora.
