View is really georgeous. All was perfect for us : location, view, furnishing, and owners's welcome. Ther is a also a private car park. I recommend it for whose want sea, sun and easy trekking.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

. Carles der Gastgeber war für uns stets gut zu erreichbar.Er war bei der Ankunft/Übergabe wie vereinbart persönlich vor Ort anwesend und hat uns freundlich mit ein paar Präsenten empfangen.Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und so wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert und waren in gutem Zustand.Hierdurch fühlten wir uns sofort sehr wohl und wir konnten die Ferienwohnung mit ihrer wunderbaren Aussicht in vollen Zügen genießen.Wir würden ohne Zweifel jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundum glücklich! Die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise war mit Carles sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Face-to-Face konnten wir uns auf Englisch nicht so gut verständigen. Aber per E-Mail und Whats App hat es sehr gut funktioniert. Carles hat uns einige sehr gute Tipps für schöne Ausflüge und gute Restaurants gegeben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir waren allerdings auch nur zu zweit. Mit einer vierköpfigen Familie wird es noch gut funktionieren. Mit noch mehr Personen oder mit zwei Paaren eher nicht (- es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer). Besonders schön ist natürlich der große Balkon mit dem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Es gab dort von morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag Sonne. Der Balkon ist mit bequemen Liegestühlen und einem großen Tisch zum draußen Essen ausgestattet. Auch den gemütlichen Kamin im Wohnzimmer haben wir mehrmals abends genutzt. Im Haus unten gab es einen komfortablen Garagenplatz für unseren Mietwagen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 4-5 Minuten am Hafen von Llança, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Genauso schnell kann man die gut sortierten Supermärkte im Ort erreichen.

Séjour de rêve a llança

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour à LLança dans l'appartement de Carles, tout à fait conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Un appartement très confortable, avec une vue merveilleuse sur la méditerranée (Ne manquez pas le lever du soleil, tôt le matin : un enchantement ! lunettes de soleil conseillées ! ), et tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances sereines. Le garage en RDC, avec accès direct à l'appartement permet d'aller et venir en toute tranquillité ; le quartier est très tranquille, l'immeuble très bien entretenu et la promiscuité (quasi) inexistante. Llança est une petite ville charmante : les nombreuses criques de galets permettent de belles sessions plages (ne pas hésiter à louer un kayak sur la plage principale pour en découvrir d'autres par la mer !). Bref, une adresse à retenir et... à ne pas trop partager ;-) Merci Carles encore pour votre accueil aux petits soins et très pro, et peut-être à une prochaine fois ! carine, ludo et jeanne

Magnifique !

L'appartement de Carles est un pur bijoux. Nous avons eu l'occasion lors de nos nombreux voyages de louer de très bons appartements mais celui-ci est incontestablement dans nos deux préférés. En effet, il allie tout : Vue magnifique sur la mer, bonne exposition, Garage fermé, il est TRES TRES bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La 5eme étoile revient à Carles et à sa sœur d'une gentillesse et discrétion remarquables. Nous reviendrons ! Mais j'ai peur qu'il n'y ai plus de place vue la qualité de ce produit... L et B

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Llançà dans un magnifique appartement (design, propre, tout équipé, etc.). Et la vue !!! Waouh !!! Au programme, promenades sur le chemin de ronde, ou dans les environs, baignades dans diverses plages aux eaux cristallines. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Merci Carles.

Une semaine au top dans un lieu au top!

Le propriétaire a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus confortable possible et ce dès le 1er soir où un feu dans la cheminée était préparé pour pallier à la fraicheur du moment. A l'écoute, il réagit très vite dans notre intérêt, c'est appréciable. L'appartement est en très bon état, rien ne manque. La literie est de qualité, comme le canapé ou les chaises du salon (qu'il faut manipuler avec précaution pour ne pas faire trop de bruit). Un barbecue à gaz est même à disposition, pratique! Le tout sublimé par une vue superbe, que ce soit depuis l'appartement ou depuis la terrasse. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable et avons déjà recommandé l'endroit à quelques amis ;-)

Traumhafter Blick und tolle Ausstattung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung mit absolutem Traumpanorama verbracht. Es gibt vermutlich keinen besseren Blick aufs Meer in Llanca. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Zusätzlich sind alle nötigen Dinge für den ersten Bedarf vorhanden und werden vom Vermieter kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und sowohl check in als auch check out liefen absolut verlässlich und reibungslos. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
