This was our second visit to the apartment in Roses. We love the fabulous location, directly opposite the beach, with it's huge balcony looking out to sea. The town, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance and there is a small supermarket and restaurant right next door to the apartment. The apartment itself is large and well equipped and the hosts are welcoming and supportive.

Fabulous location!

We’ve stayed in Roses many times over the years, all up in the mountains of Puig-Rom Rom. So, this was the first time we’d stayed down near the sea. And, WOW! What an amazing location with far reaching sea views. The apartment is well appointed, spacious with parking and the option of using a garage. The host was friendly and communicated well. Would highly recommend!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et la vue sur la mer est absolument magnifique : on se réveille face à l’horizon et la plage est littéralement au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui est un vrai bonheur !Seul petit bémol : la rue est assez passante et l’isolation pourrait être améliorée, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter pleinement de la localisation exceptionnelle.

Vue imprenable

L’emplacement de cet appartement est top ! Belle terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer ! Un petit supermarché et rôtisserie en bas de l’immeuble . Il faut compter 20 min à pieds pour rejoindre le centre-ville. L’Appartement ainsi que son équipement sont un peu vieillot mais fonctionnel malgré tout . La climatisation se trouve uniquement dans la pièce principale. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rosas!

À 15 minutes à pied de Rosas centreÀ 1 minute à pieds de la plage.Appartement très agréable, 3e etage sans ascenseur en réalité 2 etages à monter.Très bien équipé.Magnifique vue.Juste en bas, 1 plage, 1 superette, 1 restau.Propriétaire très agreable.

Très bon séjour !

Appartement très agréable. Accès direct à une petite plage. Le centre ville n'est pas loin à pieds. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'une bonne rotisserie avec de très bons poulets (mais pas que). Propriétaires sympathiques !

Absoluter Meerblick

Wunderbare Lage der Ferienwohnung, großartiger Balkon mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Tolle Badebucht und schöner Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Très bel appartement à ROSES

Cet appartement sans ascenseur est situé à 2 pas d'une petite plage et du sentier du littoral. Il faut compter bien 15 à 20 min à pieds pour le centre ville mais pas gênant car quartier tranquille.

Appartement tres agréables. Grand balcon face a la mer tres appréciable notamment le soir car oas mal de circulation dans la journée. Petite plage très sympa en bas de l'immeuble.

heel fijn appartement met alle voorzieningen. Ideale ligging aan strand, zee en enkele minuutjes wandelen van centrum. Heel fijn en groot terras, voldoende ruimte. Enkel bedden voor ons aan vernieuwing toe, zeker 2 persoonsbed, andere zijn goed! Aanrader om een weekje er tussen uit te zijn en te genieten. Heel goed en vlot contact met de eigenaar, zowel in als uitchecken.

Emplacement extraordinaire

L'appartement est exactement comme décrit. La propreté des lieux était impeccable, l'accueil sympathique et serviable. Très grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer (et les magnifiques couchers de soleil!). Et l'emplacement est absolument génial! À quelques minutes du port et de sa poissonnerie, le centre-ville est à 20 minutes de marche, plusieurs plages accessibles à pied, dont celle bien sympa qui se trouve juste au pied de l'appartement!

Vue splendide !!

Vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Rosas, dommage que la rue en contrebas soit bruyante, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en première ligne de front de mer. Mme Gousy est une propriétaire très sympathique.

Super Apartement direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Apartement liegt super zentral, leider aber auch direkt an einer befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse. Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft, Restaurants und Bars gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner kleiner Strand direkt am Haus. Viele weitere traumhafte Buchten in der Nähe.

ligging en comfort uitstekend

(normaal) rustige ligging met aan de overkant van de weg klein strand 12 minuutjes te voet naar centrum voor winkels en horeca zaken) appartement heel comfortabel, alleen het bed is wel wat klein terras van 35m² met uitzicht op zee, heel mooi één minpuntje : tjdens ons verblijf was er naast het appartement een grote bouwwerf voor de bouw van een nieuw appartementsgebouw ; werken waren reeds begonnen in juni, doch eigenares had ons daarover niets verteld en toch de normale prijs aangerekend, wat wij niet correct vinden ; ganse dag lawaai van kloppen en kranen van !h 's morgens tot 6h 's avonds. Een financiele compensatie op de normale prijs zou hier op zijn plaats mogen zijn. Vanaf volgend jaar zal een deel van het zicht naar de rechterzijde (havenzicht) ook weg zijn door het nieuw appartementsgebouw
