Perfect stay !

The flat is exactly as advertised- although it actually has windows on three sides - which is even better! Excellent access from garage - five star- could drive in and out easily. Could store bikes in garage - five star - lift perfect for heavy shopping! Swimming pool five star- slightly salty water. The fittings and equipment in the flat are five star. Superbly equipped- wash machine, dryer, dishwasher and la plancha for grilling fish on the terrace. Two bathrooms- two bedrooms. Generous lounge. The highlight is the coast path just below the flat to the perfect beaches in the next cove. Roses is a charming town - pre seasonal lots of French visitors. Superb cycling in the lower Pyrenees. Big highlight is the Magic evening Catamaran cruise,

Excellent séjour en famille

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et avec une vue exceptionnelle. Belle plage à 10min à pieds via le chemin en bord de mer (très agréable) et piscine agréable avec nombreux transats. Parfait.

Vue superbe

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement tout confort, parfait pour 4 personnes. Le salon est très agréable car on peut profiter de la vue directe sur la mer. Emplacement idéale, nous n avons presque pas pris la voiture. Il faut cependant aimer marcher car le chemin de ronde (magnifique!) a notamment des escaliers. Nos filles de 9 et 6 ans n ont eu aucune difficulté. Les paysages sont top! Piscine agreable. La personne qui remet les clés est tres disponible et arrangeante. Entrée et sortie très simplifiées. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour Canyelles

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La vue superbe sur la mer nous a permis de nous régaler chaque jour du défilé des bateaux et jet skis, un vrai spectacle dont on ne se lassait pas ! Un grand merci à Mme Leclaire et Mr Rondella pour leur empathie à notre égard suite au vol à la tire dont nous avons été victimes. Malgré cette mésaventure nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Klimaanlage war in den heissen Juli- Tagen sehr hilfreich.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

The great positive of this apartment is its location, a fabulous view across Roses bay, the Gulf of Roses, to the distant hills and mountains. So what more might you want than to relax on the balcony over coffee or a gin and tonic looking out at the fantastic view across the bay, to sit and read and while away the time, or to simply unwind and be present? For personal reasons we weren’t able to go out much but that worked well for us and it is an important positive for the apartment that one could simply stay and enjoy such a beautiful location. The apartment is very comfortable, well served by air-conditioning in August, and with a tastefully decorated lounge and suitable bedrooms and bathrooms. There’s also a lift to a good-sized swimming pool and reserved parking underneath. A small supermarket and café is a 10 minute walk away and restaurants at 25 minutes. We received a very warm welcome and felt very much at home here. We liked Roses, which is 4.5 hours from our home by car, a good resort that is however not too big, has good food and decent cafés, and a good enough Carrefour on the edge of town to stock up on provisions. We liked it so much that we want to come again!

Está bastante bien, hay un baño que es pequeño pero nos hemos apañado bien duchándonos en el otro. La casa está muy completa, lavadora, secadora, tostador, microondas, horno... Las habitaciones perfectamente equipadas, y te reciben con una botella de champagne, todo un detalle. La piscina es de agua salada, algo que resulta un poco desagradable pero bueno, te puedes bañar sin problema. Así que 100% recomendable. Gracias Brigitte.

Superbe appartement dans petite résidence calme avec ascenseur,

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location.Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et la vue sur mer est magnifique. La piscine est en bas de la résidence et très grande. L’accueil de la propriétaire et de la personne qui nous a remis les clés était très chaleureux et nous avons trouvé une belle bouteille à notre arrivée en cadeau. Merci à la propriétaire nous reviendrons dans cette location nous la conseillons le cadre est très familial et tranquille.

Séjour magnifique

Très beau apparemment au dernier étage avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Proche de la plage Petit Canyelles, seulement 10 minutes à pieds par un chemin à côté de la mer accessible directement des la propriété. L’appartement est super équipé et propre, en plus c’était super l’accueil par la personne déléguée par la propriétaire pour donner les clés. On a retrouvé aussi un jolie cadeau d’accueil dans le frigo, un bouteille de vin pour bien commencer notre séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Immeuble bien situé en bord de mer à Rosas / Canyelles, parking couvert à disposition. Facile d'accès proche du phare et de la forteresse de la Trinitat. Ascenseur. L'appartement se situe au 3ième étage avec vue plein sud sur la mer. Agréable que nous utilisions pour tous les repas pris sur place, tonnelle commandée électriquement ainsi qu'un volet aussi commandé électriquement pour éviter l'insolation la journée. Les autres fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. L'appartement est très bien équipé, 2 chambres, 1 sdb et 1 sdd, air conditionné, télévision ... Très propre lors de notre arrivée et facile à entretenir. Rosas est une station agréable, proche de nombreux points d'intérêts. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisirs.

Appartement d'exception

Nous avons fait le choix de revenir cette année dans cet appartement que nous avions loué l'année dernière. Il est toujours aussi agréable et la vue de la terrasse est toujours aussi époustouflante. L'appartement est très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien. La climatisation est le bonus qui le rend parfait. Un chemin littoral rend l'accès à la plage très facile. Nous recommandons cet appartement et c'est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons. Petit plus: l'équipe de l'agence qui s'occupe de ce celui ci est remarquable et très serviable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, la vue sur la baie de rosas est tout simplement magnifique....l’appartement est conforme aux photos, très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Le chemin de ronde accessible facilement. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Un message également pour les personnes de l’agence qui ont été très agréables (ça fait du bien !). Pour résumer, c’était une semaine parfaite. Merci !
