Het verblijf was prima, leuk appartement. Met alle voorzieningen aanwezig zoals een afwasmachine en wasmachine. De buitenvoorzieningen waren karig. Tafel met stoelen en een parasol met een standaard die vernieuwd moet worden. En tevens de voorziening voor de WiFi was heel slecht en middeleeuws.

Gestionnaire sérieuse et agréable, elle a su être efficace et disponible pour une bonne arrivée et pour gérer les imprévus; la communication est irréprochable. Le logement est bien placé; l'immeuble à première vue austère laisse place à un bel appartement fonctionnel avec le point fort qui est la vue mer/canal; la terrasse relativement grande est très pratique pour en profiter. Une place de parking souterrain est un plus appréciable; pour les personnes ayant des difficultés avec les manoeuvres, beaucoup de places sont disponibles en bas de l'immeuble. Une belle plage (Santa margarida) est accessible facilement en 10min à pieds. Le centre-ville est à 5 minutes en voiture et de nombreux magasins sont disponibles autour du logement (Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour market..). En résumé, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour ;)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

Die Wohnung/Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit ist allerdings verbesserungswürig. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich aber ausschließlich auf Französich. Wer den Googleübersetzer nicht beherrscht ist aufgeschmissen. Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Pour une fois nous avons eu un vrai canapé, un beau balcon avec une jolie vue. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon moment dans cette appartement, bon après nous étions en période hivernale donc pas beaucoup de monde donc tranquille, et merci.

Loué hors saison donc très calme, tout est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers. Cet appartement est joliment décoré, très bien équipé, beaucoup de produits courants d’hygiène ou alimentaires sont mis à disposition. et une sympathique bouteille nous attendait à l'arrivée dans le frigo. l'appartement très bien très propre, il correspond à l'annonce. ayant déjà séjourné dans le même immeuble je connais bien l'ensemble. Cet appartement est idéale proche plage, canaux et commerces. A refaire moi cela fait 6 ans que je viens et je ne m'en lasse pas.

Le seul bémol cette odeur d égout dans la salle de bain qui était épouvantable une grande partie du séjour pas tt le temps. Et la mauvaise communication sur le WiFi j avais bien précisé au propriétaire qu on voulait le WiFi. Arrivé la bas ttes les box étaient distribuées. Donc pas de 4g sur nos téléphones. 50€ dépensés dans une box chez un commerçant qui ne fonctionnait pas au niveau du logement et 15€ pour un code qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Sinon tt était parfait cadre logement équipements propreté tranquillité ....on a passé un très bon séjour
