Modern, fully equipped house and private outdoor terrace in secure, gated compound, 40 meters from La Farella beach.

Suitable for up to 6 people.

Breakfast/dining area with seating for 6 people.

Indoor living room area with all new sofa and two armchairs.

1 x Double Bed (160x200) with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with tub.

1 x Twin (2 x 90x190).
1 x bath/shower/WC
