Superb comfortable apartment with breathtaking sea and mountain views

Rent apartment of 100 m2, with a breathtaking view of the sea, the village and the port, as well as on the mountain: Saint Silvestre natural park (ideal rendo).
Llança being a village surrounded by the Cap Creus natural park with pretty beaches (coves). Ideal for visiting all these surroundings and Figuerras (Dali museum), Cadaques, monastery of 'Sant Pere de Rodes' .. etc. Located in a very quiet area with superb sea and mountain views, possibilities to go to the "Tonynes" beach on foot. Composed of an air-conditioned dining room for the summer, with fireplace and heating for the winter, flat screen LCD TV. Fully fitted integrated kitchen with:
oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, vitro hob. 3 real bedrooms with 140 cm bed (very good bedding) and fans +. 2 bathrooms + 2 WCs. Large terrace with barbecue and electric awning + large balcony with breathtaking view of the sea.


On site you will find books, leaflets and everything you need for visits to all around Collioure in Barcelona.

Wonderful Stay in Spain

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Spain. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a quiet location, not in the city center, but everything is within walking distance. It’s very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need. The wrap-around terrace was a perfect spot to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful and convenient stay.

Appartement/maison extra pour 1 famille de 6 personnes (2 adultes + 4 adolescents), grand balcon vue mer sur la baie de Llanca + terrasse privative tout équipée côté montagne, chaque chambre est décorée avec soin + ventilateur, salon très bien équipé avec clim, cuisine très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d accessoires, vraiment top! Sandrine et Franck sont aussi adorables que discrets, un grand merci pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, ainsi que leurs conseils et disponibilité, c est vraiment très appréciable. 10 min pour descendre en centre ville, 15 min à pied de la grande plage, parfait. Très bon point de départ pour découvrir les environs. Si vous voulez vous sentir comme chez vous pendant vos vacances, n' hésitez pas une seule seconde pour réserver, c' est le logement idéal !

Superbe appartement sur les hauteurs de Llança

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, décoré avec soin, propreté impeccable, conforme à la description. Le vrai plus, c'est la vue! Une large baie vitrée dans la pièce de vie qui donne sur la baie de Llança, un balcon généreux : de quoi profiter du paysage à toute heure de la journée ! - L’appartement: Appartement idéalement située au sommet d’une colline qui surplombe le port de Llança d’un côté, le village de l’autre. Plages, commerces, restaurants, ... tout est à proximité, accessible en quelques minutes à pied (avec de belles montées / descentes ;) ).Très grande et large terrasse qui offre une vue imprenable à 180° sur le port de Llança, les montagnes et la mer. A noter qu’il y a également une terrasse à l’avant avec une table, store, et barbecue. L’appartement est spacieux, propre, décoré avec soin et propose tout le confort moderne. Un salon séjour de taille appréciable, une belle cuisine, 3 chambres de bonne taille, Une salle de bain et une petite salle d’eau. Rien ne manque en terme d’électroménager. - La région: Très jolie région avec de superbes paysages côtiers et vallonnés. De nombreux bastions, châteaux et monastères anciens à visiter et offrant des points de vues formidables. Niveau activités, que ce soit culturel (Mason et musée Dali, musée Picasso, ...), ou sportif (randonnées, jet-ski, snorkeling, quad, ...), il y a de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. Nous avons trouvé également que le tourisme y est très familial. - Franck et Sandrine: Des hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et discrets. Toujours soucieux de notre bien être. Ils sont d’excellent conseil sur quoi faire et les bonnes adresses où manger dans la région. Bref, que du positif pour notre séjour à Llança ! Merci beaucoup Sandrine & Franck.

Excellentes vacances à faire absolument dans ce beau village

Vacances inoubliables, superbe appartement, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la montagne, des propriétaires super sympa. Liançà est une petite ville très jolie, très vivante avec son petit port, ses très bons restaurants, sa plage. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir waren zu sechst in Llanca und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet.....es fehlt an nichts. Rundherum die Terasse und Balkone bieten immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir haben die Grillecke gerne genutzt. In Llanca gibt es auf dem Weg zum Hafen die Pizzeria Italia die wir gerne empfehlen. Der Freitagsmarkt in Port Selva hat eine gute Mischung an Waren. Sehr ansprechend. In den Sommermonaten gibt es an der Strandpromenade in Llanca kleine Stände mit Schmuck, Spezialitäten,.......am Wochenende sogar die ganze Promenade entlang. Wir waren am liebsten am Strand cau de loup......wunderschön und nette Atmosphäre. Der Rückweg ist von allen Stränden steil, also nichts für kleinere Kinder. Wir waren mehrmals in Barcelona, das ist allerdings nicht um die Ecke....ca zwei Stunden Fahrtzeit. Wir hatten drei abwechslungsreiche Wochen!

Alles bestens, wie beschrieben!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig, man hat einen super Blick über die ganze Bucht! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und in der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es war sehr sauber. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern dort, sie ist also auch für größere Familien geeignet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie in Llança. Een ruim, goed uitgerust appartement, 2 mooie terrassen, een adembenemend zicht. Franck nam ons mee op zijn boot en liet ons de mooiste baaien in de buurt zien. Twee kleine minpuntjes: smalle, harde bedden, en weinig plek in de kasten omdat er veel van de eigenaars stond. Zeker een aanrader!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons effectué un séjour particulièrement agréable et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement cette location. Au premier rang de ses mérites, elle possède une vue irremplaçable dont nous ne nous sommes lassés à aucun moment. En outre l' appartement, spacieux et fonctionnel, est pourvu de deux terrasses agréablement aménagées. Nous l' avons trouvé à notre arrivée dans un état d' entretien parfait. Nous avons de plus bénéficié de la part de nos hôtes d' explications complètes et précises. D' une manière générale nous avons apprécié l' accueil de ces derniers, à la fois chaleureux et discret. Bref nous n' avons nullement été déçus par rapport à la descripton de la location qui correspond exactement à la réalité. Nous ne manquerons pas d' y séjourner à nouveau si l' occasion s' en présente et de le faire connaître à tous nos amis.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il a y tout dont on a besoin: une grande cuisine, trois chambres, une grande salle à manger et une belle salle de séjour de laquelle on a une belle vue sur la mer. En plus de cela, il y a un grand balcon avec une vue impressionnante sur Llanca, la mer et les montagnes et il y a aussi une grande terrasse où on peut faire la barbecue. La location était bien propre et très bien entretenue. En plus, il y a un grand balcon et une très grande terrasse: du balcon on a une vue impressionnante sur Llanca, la mer et les montagnes et sur la terrasse on peut faire de la barbecue. L'appartement est idéalement situé à Llanca, on peut aller à pied à la plage et également au port ou au vieux village de Llanca. Sandrine et Franck sont des propriétaires vraiment très sympa, on a eu un accueil chaleureux. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour aller manger et pour faire des excursions dans la région. Et on a fait un tour en bateau avec Franck au Cap de Creus qui était vraiment fantastique. Un grand merci à Franck!! On recommanderait cet appartement sans doutes à des amis proches et on a déjà décidé de revenir. A Llanca, on a beaucoup aimé les plages, le vieux village ainsi que le port. On peut faire beaucoup d'excursion comme p.ex. visiter Cadaques, Figueres avec le musée Salvadore Dali et Port Lligat ou il y a la maison de Dali. En somme, on était complètement contents d'avoir choisi cet bel appartement à Llanca. Et on remercie beaucoup Sandrine et Franck de nous avoir accueillis si chaleureusement. Moderne, große Wohnung mit wundervollem Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, ein zusätzliches WC und ein Balkon, der auf drei Seiten um das Haus herumgeht. Vor dem Haus gibt es zusätzlich noch eine Terasse mit Grillmöglichkeit, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, in einer ruhigen Villengegend, aber Strand, Ortsmitte und Hafen sind in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist phantastisch, man kann stundenlang einfach nur sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man zum Leben braucht, dazu auch WLAN. Die Vermieter wohnen unten im Haus, was ein echter Gewinn ist. Sandrine und Franck sind absolut tolle Gastgeber, herzlich und kommunikativ. Wenn man ein wenig Französisch spricht, kann man direkt Freundschaft schließen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem auch für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist sie ideal. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die Gastfreundschaft an Sandrine und Franck.

Superbe !!!! oui !

Un appartement magnifique, tout confort, rien ne manque. Une vue magnifique . Un endroit très calme , proche de la mer et du village. Les propriétaires très attentionnés et disponibles tout en respectant notre intimité. Je le recommande vivement mais pas trop, je compte bien y retourner !!!
