About this property

Situated in a small residential complex with a communal pool and garden, about 600 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the town, shops and port.

Well-equipped, very bright and with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen with an opening which looks out to the dining area. Well-furnished lounge-dining room with round table and chairs, relaxation and reading area with sofa, armchairs and TV. This is a spacious area with lots of natural light as it has large windows and French windows leading to the outdoor terrace.

Outside there is a very large terrace which goes around most of the apartment, with outdoor furniture, plants and flowers, barbecue, shower and sink. A lovely terrace located in a very quiet area.
