Spacious apartment for 8 people, right on the seafront and in the centre of Roses. Located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, it offers comfort and spectacular views. Its terrace is the highlight: perfect for relaxing while enjoying panoramic views of the Bay of Roses. Ideal for groups or families looking for space, comfort and a privileged location by the sea.

 
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.

Beach apartment

Perfect location. Very Spacious, comfortable beds ,good bed linen and towels. We were 3 singles, it would easily accommodate 8 with ample wardrobe facilities. Not 5 star luxury but would not expect that for such a reasonable price. We would happily stay there again. A few suggestions. Out of hours key collection box from a different part of town inconvenient Would have liked information pack containing instructions such as fire evacuation procedures. Replacing the calor gas cylinder Cooker and hot water run off this and it ran out the evening before we left Provision of cleaning materials for bathrooms and kitchens There was good dishwasher, fridge freezer in kitchen. Why is there only a poor quality 2 slice toaster in an apartment for 8? Overall staying in this apartment with its large balcony, fantastic view , on the edge of the historic centre made our week in Roses a lovely experience and was excellent value

Parfait séjour

Très bon séjour, l’appartement est spacieux, propre, conforme aux photos sur le site. La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est proche du centre, des commerces et des diverses boutiques. Notre référent sur place a été très réactif, suite à la panne d’un volet à notre arrivée le soir, la réparation a été faite dès le lendemain. Communication très bonne et réactive via Whatsapp, très pratique quand on ne parle pas espagnol. Seul bémol, pas de parking privé, difficile de trouver une place gratuite, le parking payant juste en face de l’appartement est assez cher. Bilan de notre séjour: très satisfaits, nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Super emplacement et quelle vue , de beaux espaces dans le logement on ne se marche pas dessus , il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine importants , l’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des restos et avec des enfants la plage juste en face c’est idéal …petit bémol pour les places de parking compliquées à trouver .

Traumhaft Lage

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in der Ferienwohnung und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist natürlich das Beste, direkt am Strand, ca 100m bis zum Wasser. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen überragenden Ausblick auf die Bucht, den Berg und die Promenade. Mal davon abgesehen, dass es nicht die neuesten Möbel und Ausstattung ist, gibt es mehr als genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage vollkommen ausreichend. Das einzig Negative war das WLAN, es funktionierte nicht. Da wir alle aber genügend Datenvolumen hatten, störte es uns nicht so sehr. Dazu gibt es auch die Möglichkeit TV zu sehen, sogar deutsches Programm. Aber wir waren eh nur zum schlafen und duschen in der Wohnung und den Rest der Zeit am Strand, in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants oder auf einem Ausflug. Unser Fazit ist, wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.

excellent séjour

Le côté un peu "vieillot" de l'appartement est largement compensé par la proximité des activités et des commerces, la qualité des literies (pour une location ) et par la très belle vue sur la baie de rosas. Je recommande .
