Lovely comfortable house with breathtaking views of the bay and the port of Roses.
It is located above Puig Rom, in a one-way street with very little traffic, no immediate neighbors. Very quiet location.
3 shower rooms and a bathroom, 5 toilets, 3 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people, central heating.
WIFI, satellite TV with French and Spanish channels.
Total area, 200 m2, garage.
Large terrace with swimming pool (maintained from May to September) and corner sheltered from the wind, breathtaking view of the sea, the port, the bay and the town of Roses.

Fantastic villa with fantastic views

Very nice villa. Very spacious with four large bedrooms. Fantastic view over Roses and the bay area. Nice swimming pool which is cleaned every week. We had a great vacation!

Positiv: - Lage und Aussicht - guter Kontakt vor und während der Reise - Haus sauber und gut vorbereitet - sehr gute Ausstattung für (Klein-) Kinder - ausreichend Bäder - Pool groß und sauber Negativ: - Ausstattung auf niedrigem Niveau (z.B. extrem alte und laute Spülmaschine, teils billige Matratzen und Betten) - lieblose Einrichtung, keine Pflanzen Fazit: Alles in allem eine gute und preislich angemessene Unterkunft in bester Lage und mit der wohl besten Aussicht über Roses bis zu den schneebedeckten Gipfeln der Pyrenäen. Etwas Investition in eine liebevoller gestaltete und qualitativ hochwertigere Einrichtung wäre wünschenswert.

Séjours inoubliables

Super villa sur les hauteurs de Roses à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. La vue est a couper le souffle ainsi que la magnifique piscine sur la terrasse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très réactif ainsi que la gardien qui nous a tres bien conseiller. Le seul point négatif est la literie qui n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de la maison. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Bon séjour dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Roses

Belle villa située sur les hauteurs de Roses. Excellent accueil et réactivité du propriétaire (nous avions besoin de transats supplémentaires et nous en avons eu le jour même…) La vue est exceptionelle, car la villa est située à 200m d’altitude. Une voiture est fortement conseillée car les 2kms à pied de montée est plutôt sportive. Un parking à 3€ par jour est disponible au port donc il est facile de se rendre à la plage si l’on possède un véhicule. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est conforme à la description et aux photos et l’accueil était très bon.

Vue spectaculaire et calme

La maison a une vue expectaculaire et a toutes les commodités nécessaires à disposition. Un petit rafraîchissement serait apprécié. Le contact avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge s'est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous a même mis à disposition la piscine malgré que ce n'était pas la période indiquée dans son descriptif.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen; die Ausstattung ist spartanisch (nur IKEA-Möbel); Küche mit wenig Pfannen und Töpfen ausgestattet; Spülmaschine, Backofen & Herd unterster Standard; Poolwasser eiskalt (leider keine Poolheizung); Grill war zwar vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar (kleiner, wackeliger Elektrogrill, kleiner unappetitlicher Holzkohlegrill); dieses Haus würd eichnicht nochmals buchen

Excelentes vistas pero necesita reformas

Es una casa con muchas posibilidades pero el edificio es antiguo y se nota q no se ha invertido en mantenimiento en años. Necesita una reforma importante. La salvan las vistas, que son excelentes. La relación calidad-precio en las condiciones actuales no es buena
