Roses: Magnificent contemporary villa with an indoor pool

All the rooms of the villa have a view of the sea.
The villa contains a heated 45-sq.m indoor pool with large sliding bay windows that look out over the tree-filled garden.
A glass-walled gym with a weight bench and treadmill looks over the main room and the indoor pool.
The large and bright 200-sq.m living area has a lounge, a dining room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a large bar. Kitchen amenities include double-door fridge, wine storage, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and induction hob.
The terrace around the bay windows has a table, garden furniture and barbecue.
Each of the four double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Separate bathrooms and WC are also available.
The lounge contains a big-screen TV and a sofa bed for two.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided. A cleaning lady usually comes around mid-week for two hours.

Great place

Once more we could stay in Roses at the beautiful place. We enjoyed our time at the house and the nearby beaches. Thank you Lolo for the great support and flexibility.

Great villa in quite area

We (10 people) enjoyed our 2-weeks stay in Roses in this beautiful place. Car is not needed to go to the beach or to the shops. The big garden was ideal for the kids to run around and the pool is fantastic. The living area is big and also there are many seats outside to accomodate a larger group. The host Veronique as well as Lolo were very friendly and helping wherever the could. If we come back to Roses we will try to book this place again.

Spacieux et confortable

Facile d accès , parking pour 5 voitures . Piscine agréable et chauffée . Tout pour cuisiner et manger dehors et dedans . La plage à côté du port pour une baignade rapide , et sinon le départ du chemin au bord de mer . Facile pour aller à roses à pied . Juste noter qu il a 4 vraies chambres dont une avec un wc sans porte qui donne sur le lit , et une autre chambre borne ,mais on peut passer par l exterieur pour accéder au salon afin de ne pas déranger ceux qui y dorment .une belle vue et un jardin très agréable pour un séjour à plusieurs . Avec des bbq . Merci à lolo très disponible

splendide

Pour la 2ième fois nous avons réservé cette villa. Trés bien située, endroit calme, belle vue sur la baie de rosas. On peut aller à pied au centre en 10 minutes. Parties de pétanque endiablées et une piscine intérieure trés appréciée par trois jeunes de 15 à 18 ans. Nous étions neuf. Grands espaces avec tout le confort souhaité. Nous avons apprécié les nouveaux rideaux extérieurs qui nous ont permis de manger dehors malgré le soleil. Tout est top. Vous pouvez réserver sans problème. En plus vous êtes accueillis avec gentillesse et disponibilité. Un coin de rêve où nous reviendrons.

Des etoiles dans les yeux...

La maison et les équipements étaient vraiment au top, non nous sommes retrouvés pour un petit évènement familial et avons pu profiter les uns des autres sans nous marcher dessus. Les prestations sont très bien, nous en avons pris plein les yeux ! Merci pour ces super moments!

Einfach toll

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Roses ist jeden Besuch wert. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es im und um das Haus ist. Es war alles, plus noch vieles mehr vorhanden. Der beheizte Innenpool war super, da wir eher kühles Wetter hatten. Lolo war jederzeit für Fragen da. Danke nochmal für alles. Gerne werden wir wieder einmal kommen. Viele Grüsse Mirjam

Une villa de reve

Une villa de rêve aux prestations exceptionnelles. A l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur tout est fait pour passer un sejour innoubliable. Ajoutez un accueil tres chaleureux par Lolo l'homme de maison et la venue de Véronique pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et nous apporter un petit présent pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Wunderbar

Sehr grosszügiges Haus mit allem drum und dran. Leider etwas wenig Privatsphäre, da jeden Tag ein Arbeiter um das Haus schlich. Mal der Pool Mann, man der Putzmann, dann der Gärtner, oder ein Problem mit der Bewässerungsanlage.

Perfekte Ausstattung wie beschrieben.

Durch die große Küche mit angegliedertem Wohn- und Essbereich ideal für bis zu 10 Personen. Für acht Personen eigene Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ein Durchgangszimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Indoorpool, inkl. zwei Wasserfahrädern, mit komplett zu öffnenden Seitenwänden. Kleines Fitness Studio mit Geräten. Boulebahn mit Kugeln. Ausreichend Sitz- und Liegefläche im Aussenbereich. Nur zwei negativ Punkte: leider zu wenig Schatten und in zwei Zimmern Schimmel an einer Wandecke. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Wonderful family holidays in a prime location.

The property is ideal for family holiday with children. We enjoyed the pool, gym, barbecue and garden during our sunny stay. The city center is easily reachable by foot. Extended jogging along the seafront was wonderful. The view to the sea and the sunsets add to the positive environment. We found the home well equipped and very practical, with a complete kitchen in the open space, helping for the gathering of the family. As we had an unforeseen delay on our arrival time, the check-in presented some problems. However this was quickly solved by contacting the property manager. We recommend to improve check-in procedures in order to foresee possible arrival delays.

Schönes Haus mit Pool und Blick auf den Hafen von Roses

Das Haus beeindruckt mit einem großen Eingangsbereich, der Kochen, Essbereich mit Platz für bis zu 10 Personen bietet und Chillbereich vereint. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool sowie der Fitnessraum bieten Abwechslung für die Gäste. Der riesige Garten mit gutem Blick auf den Hafen vervollständigt das Urlaubsfeeling in dem kleinen Mittelmeerörtchen. sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit der Familie/Freunden eine schöne Zeit verbringen will.

Overall excellent enjoyable stay

This is a very fine property. Many aspects of the letting were outstanding including:(a) pool and gym, (b) powerful air conditioning, (c) location just outside Roses centre (d) parking spaces for 2 or more cars, (d) 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and (e) excellent outdoor furniture for eating and lounging. Some might not find the remaining beds (single bed and sofa bed) to their taste - situated in a wide corridor leading to the bedrooms which also has the tv. The internet speed (6Mb/sec) was too slow for Skype or Webex calls, but adequate for email etc.

Superbe maison sur la Costa Brava

Nous avons passe une semaine tres agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La localisation est parfaite, nous avons pu organiser pas mal de sorties autour de la maison (le Castell, Cadaques ...). Aussi la propriétaire (Veronique) sest très bien occupé de nous avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu toutes les réponses à nos questions.
