A stylish large retro apartment, situated in one of the heritage landmark buildings of the historical Limassol center. The location is only footsteps away from the beach, Molos promenade, the Limassol Marina, the castle area, Agora, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries and the buzz of Limassol life. A fully equipped air conditioned apartment with separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a large balcony with city views.

BEDROOM: The bedroom of the apartment has mattress & pillow protectors and 4 pillows, a dressing table and chest of drawers.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

BATHROOM: Shower and hot water available, high water pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TV: 42 inches Smart TV with YouTube and free Netflix.

WIFI: Fast fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the apartment use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Unusually large 1 bedroom apartment with large balcony.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 15 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

Great Place for Weekend Break!

This is a great place for a short stay in Limassol. I was overall satisfied with the accomodation but would like to list both pros and cons of this choice. Starting with the pros: + Central location - the embankment, the port and, consequently, lots of cafes and restaurants + Thoughtful interior design + The flat had all the necessary amenities + Great balcony As for the cons: - The furniture is rather old, the bed squeaks loudly even when you’re turning in your sleep - The temperature is difficult to manage (it was around +10 outside when I was staying and we were freezing in the flat unless the AC heat was on but the latter makes the air dry) - It is loud outside on the weekend. This is highlighted by the host and we were fine with it but it’s still something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a kidhaving trouble sleeping. No noise during weekdays though!
