About this property

A stylish large retro apartment, situated in one of the heritage landmark buildings of the historical Limassol center. The location is only footsteps away from the beach, Molos promenade, the Limassol Marina, the castle area, Agora, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries and the buzz of Limassol life. A fully equipped air conditioned apartment with separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a balcony with city views.

BEDROOM: The spacious bedroom of the apartment has blackout curtains, mattress & pillow protectors and 4 pillows, a dressing table and small wardrobe.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

BATHROOM: Shower and hot water available, high water pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TV: 42 inches Smart TV with YouTube and free Netflix.

WIFI: Fast fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the apartment use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Unusually large 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living room.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 15 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

I was over the moon with my stay after my original accommodations didn’t work out

I was over the moon with my stay after my original accommodations didn’t work out. The apartment is so close to the waterfront and a short walking distance from Limassol Castle and some amazing restaurants. I loved this home from home, and it had everything I needed. If you are considering booking here, it is very central to the Old Town, which can be noisy. I wouldn’t want this to be a criticism of the apartment if people are expecting it to be quiet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and felt very safe, especially for a solo female traveller.
