The flats are still being built so instead of a nice balcony, there’s scaffolding with builders walking passed your window, also the wrong number is given for contact host and none of the links worked on vrbo (which is expedias fault) and expedias customer service took 4 hours to get any information! However once the owner met us he was very nice, and the location to the MAC was 10 seconds from the door which was very useful.

City centre haven

Ideal location in Edgbaston, perfect for cricket ground or MAD. Compact property that had all we needed for our two night stay. Even a supermarket next door. Communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate our late check in. At the end of a phone or message; nothing was too much trouble
