First and last stay with VRBO

This is probably more a summary of the pre-arrival experience than property. Zero details were available on VRBO about the exact address; check-in process; wifi code; guide book etc, nor were there any info in the property. We only received the exact address and instructions on how to gain access to property 15 mins before the check-in time, despite reaching out to both VRBO and host several days in advance of stay. Approximately a quarter of a loo roll was provided for four people. We had another stay booked through VRBO later this month, however decided to cancel this reservation based upon our above (first) experience. Will also have my account with VRBO closed.
