Summerland Terrace is a two bedroom cottage in the heart of Kingswear, close to the mouth of the River Dart and opposite the small town of Dartmouth. As you enter the cottage you will find yourself in the open-plan living/dining area. Next to this is a galley-style kitchen which has been newly fitted in 2022 with stone worktops, luxury kitchen units and appliances. This leads out onto the rear courtyard garden. Up some stairs, there is a decked patio area with seating and views over the river. Back in the property and on the first floor is where you will find the bathroom and two bedrooms; a double and a bunk. Summerland Terrace is in a great location for accessing the lower ferry to travel across to Dartmouth. It is also on the right side of the river for travelling to the towns that make up the English Riviera; Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
