The property is all on one level so easily accessible for young and old alike.
There is free parking less than 100 metres from the property and everything is on one level
The property is south facing so gets lots of light.
The park is also very peaceful with a calm feel about it.
Norton Park is set in the rolling hills of Devon just outside of the Riverside town of Dartmouth which contains many good restaurants and public houses to eat and socialise in.
