Can you imagine having breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea, enjoying the breeze, the company of your loved ones and forget the problems? This is the ideal place to fulfill your dreams.
The apartment has everything you need to make life in it: two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds; two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower; kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and gas heater.
It has air conditioning with a split installed in the living room and private WIFI. The living room connects to the terrace from which you can see the sea. For your comfort you also have table and chairs on the terrace, and flat screen TV and sofa bed in the living room.
You have parking space inside the enclosure. The swimming pool is communal and seasonal. There is a children's playground and the beach is accessed directly from a front door of the building.
