Welcome to this homely and cozy cottage with adjacent completely newly built annex. The accommodation has a very good standard and a perfect location with sea views both from the front and back out over the mile-wide Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage with its large balcony areas is located sunny and peaceful in a small cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the nice swimming area, here are jetties, rocks and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out, the area is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the immediate area there is a football field, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walks on coastal paths and roads. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations in central Bohuslän. Via a large terrace you reach the entrance of the cottage and further into the hall which leads further into an open floor plan with wonderful views of sparse pine forest and glittering fjord. In the large bright open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, dining area and living room with TV and a fireplace, three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single bed and one with bunk bed and bathroom with shower . In the annex next to the cottage there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a toilet. Under the cottage there is a basement space with washing machine. The plot is child-friendly and generous, large garden with lawn, furnished balconies on both the front and back of the cottage where you can follow the sun's path in the sky, soak up the sun in a deck chair or enjoy the nice view of a good piece of food and drink. Here the whole family will thrive! Stångenäset with the capital Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea" is located at the far end of the sea band at the mouth of the Gullmarsfjord. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud's nature reserve with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, singing in the park, etc. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different tastes. A pleasure for the children is to ride the little train around Lysekil, during the tour you also get a little history of Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century.
