Good with exceptions

The apartment is spacious in a quiet complex at the edge of Side. Supermarket, restaurants and taxi rank are just around the corner. Never met the property manager. All 3 bedrooms have proper beds (not sofa bed in bed 2 as per the listing.) lounge has a sofa bed. Everything was clean. Flat has been freshly painted (July 22) but not properly checked. Faults included broken aircon in 1 of the bedrooms and broken patio furniture. The rest were just niggles - mirrors hadn’t been rehung, big pot of paint left in hall, empty tv box left in lounge, no key to access gym until 5th day, being expected to deal with the aircon repair guys on all 3 visits. Overall good but property management needs work.
