About this property

This studio has a balcony overlooking the Galatex complex gardens and is only a few steps away from the beach. Galatex complex is situated right on the beach in the heart of Germasogia tourist area with everything nearby: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. A large size studio with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, fully air conditioned and fully equipped.

BEDROOM AREA: The bedroom area of the apartment has mattress & pillow protectors and pillows, a dressing table and large wardrobes.

KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped - including fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and washing machine.

BATHROOM: With shower and hot water.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TV: 42 inches TV with YouTube and free Netflix.

WIFI: Fast WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the apartment use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Large studio. Complex directly on the beach in the heart of Germasogia tourist area of Limassol.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 15 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

Overall good, liked everything, great location

Excellent location, close to the sea and a cafe. It is ideal that there is parking and entry into the complex through a key fob to the gate. There was a good hairdryer, hand soap, shower gel, the Internet worked perfectly, there were adapters for sockets. In general, it is very humid in the room, but as I understand it, this is a general problem of the island. I would like to have a portion of powder for at least 1 wash
