The studio is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex with free parking in the courtyard and around the neighbourhood. Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to supermarkets, traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes and bars.
The studio was renovated in 2023, where all furniture and appliances were bought brand new. The design of the studio gives off a Mediterranean concept, through the choice of colours and materials. Ideal for guests who do or don’t have a car, as the location is within walking distance to the touristic area and the bus terminal. Perfect for solo travellers or couples!

Lovely apartment close to beach
First visit to Cyprus and to Limassol and it was made very stress free thanks to Maria and her communication and directions. Great Host!!
The accommodation is a lovely clean small apartment ideal for a couple. It contained everything you could wish for for a comfortable stay. Excellent shower!. A washing machine so you can pack lighter a fridge and cooking facilities should you wish to self cater.
The location is close to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
We visited in April so the area was fairly quiet and night noise was nonexistent. We shall return and will have no reservations in staying here again.
