About this property

This beautiful recently renovated flat has a spacious living room divided into a living and dining area. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast with mountain views, or relax with a glass of wine in the chill out area, or have a barbecue in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher, etc., and has a utility room.
The flat has two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, which are connected to a spacious terrace with sunbeds, and two bathrooms with bathtubs (one of them is en-suite). Air conditioning and wifi equipped.

Throughout the property there is free WIFI and air conditioning, plus we provide our clients with bed linen and bath towels.
The gated and secure urbanisation offers a large swimming pool and a children's pool along with a playground and paddle tennis court.

It is the perfect place for golf lovers, as La Resina Golf Club is only a 3 min. drive away. The area also offers hiking trails and the Selwo Aventura Zoo.

A 12 min. drive away you will find the beach with restaurants where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets by the sea. We recommend you to visit Sonora Beach Bar.
