It is in the historical district, is walking distance from the marina, beach, piers, restaurants, shops, and bars. This charming historical home has the original floors, original bead board ceilings, and the original doors from The Mockingbird Cafe dating back over 120 years. Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!!! The Bay Breeze is located 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Main Street. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. If you don't want to walk a couple of blocks, rent a golf cart, because in Bay St. Louis the streets are golf art friendly! The Bay Breeze is also decorated beautifully with a coastal feeling and will be one of the cleanest rentals you will ever stay in.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this home when I saw it! It has the classic architecture of the early 1900's in the Bay St. Louis area with a touch of New Orleans. When I step inside this cottage I want to throw my cell phone away because it reminds me of a simpler time where people sit on the screened in porch and visit awhile! I hope you get this feeling as well!
