The home offers three bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third features two bunk beds. The bathroom is modern and practical, with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating for added comfort. A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher makes meal preparation easy, while amenities such as a washing machine, Chromecast, and international TV channels add extra convenience. Free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, although many guests may prefer to disconnect and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outdoors, the property opens onto a generous 1,600 m² natural plot, offering both space and privacy. A partially covered 46 m² terrace invites long summer meals and quiet mornings with coffee in the fresh air. The grounds also feature a fire pit, a pétanque court for friendly competitions, an outdoor shower during summer, and a barbecue for evenings under the open sky. Here, days unfold at a relaxed pace—whether it’s beach walks, cooking together, or simply sitting by the fire. Please note: The house is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
