Beautiful views, wonderful location, yet quiet

This property is located right on the Montanar beach, within walking distance to the cafes and restaurantes of both Javea harbor and El Arenal. It has amazing views of the bay from the living room, all bedrooms, and the front decks, and also of the Montgo mountain from the back decks of the property. The extremely convenient location to both beaches and cafes and restaurants doesn't mean it is on a busy and noisy location. On the contrary, it is superbly quiet. The property is new and in mint condition. There is AC in all rooms. And the host is very responsive, and offers "5-star hotel" amenities. We plan to come back and definitely will recommend it to friends planning for a holiday in Javea any time of the year.
