This brand new luxury apartment well decorated and very well equipped, air conditioned, for 6 people with 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes (one of which is en suite) 2 bathrooms living room with French and Spanish TV 1 beautiful terrace (with a large table for outdoor dining) with views of the montgo mountain, the exotic garden and the swimming pool to ensure you have an ideal stay. You have 1 private and secure parking in an elegant quiet residence 5 minutes (on foot) from the splendid sandy beach of the arenal, bordered by its promenade lined with restaurants, bars with their terraces. Next to it is the splendid club of David Ferrer's tennis court and the pretty Marina with rental of small boats. In the south, Cap de la Nao with its small coves with crystal clear waters. To the north is the historic village with its pretty squares lined with tapas bars.

It was amazing. The appartment was beautiful with everything we could possibly need. Everything went really smoothly and Jean Paul and Irene were brilliant in communicating and welcoming us. Lovely apartment

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful pool (the photos don’t do it justice). The beds are super comfy. We went in late October so the wind banged the doors a bit (ok when you secure them with a chair!.) we had a bit of noise from the neighbours but we aren’t used to living in a flat where noise travels. Lovely hosts who saw us in and out of the flat which made it all very smooth. I couldn’t work out how to use the electric job but we managed with the oven. Xabia beach and the restaurants were great and only a short walk away. We had a lovely week away.

Lovely apartment with quality furnishings

We stayed in this apartment for 17 days recently and were pleased with everything about it. This was the fifth time we had rented an apartment in Javea and this was by far our favorite one. The location was convenient, just a few minutes to walk to the Arenal and not too far from the port, either. The canal/marina is right there so that made for a nice walk to the beach where we could go left for the port, or right onto the Arenal. The apartment has a nice patio that overlooks the pool, but it isn't in direct sunlight throughout the day so it made for a nice sitting area at any hour. The air conditioner was effective, which sounds strange but sometimes the unit doesn't quite cool the whole apartment, or there's condensation, etc. While it resulted in an additional charge for the extra electricity, it wasn't too much and was definitely worth the extra euros. (We had it on 24/7.) Speaking of the more functional aspects, the appliances in the apartment were all top-notch...spacious, clean refrigerator with a large freezer, new washing machine, dishwasher, and stove/oven unit. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances, cookware, etc. The TV was also a good size. Worth noting - there wasn't an English 'feed' so all the channels were in Spanish; however, the remote control had a 'tools' menu that allowed for the shows that were dubbed over in Spanish to be heard in their original English. The wifi was okay...there were 3-5 of us trying to use it so maybe the speed was slow because of that. The furniture was also nice. The sofa was new, and it was comfortable and big enough for four of us to sit. The patio table and kitchen table were large with nice chairs, and the very best thing was that all of the beds were high-quality memory foam - SO comfortable! Most apartments are not furnished with quality beds or furniture...I suppose it's a budget decision made by the owners. However, this one is done right, and for the first time in five years of travel to Javea, I can honestly say that I would return to this apartment again next year. I would not try to park in the garage unless you have a very small car. The designers of the building were poor in their decisions for the garage in that the entry/exit is narrow and has a very tight turn, and the spaces are also very small and encumbered by the support poles. A few less spaces would help make it a bit more user friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Javea.

Ok appartement

Mooi appartement en leuk ingericht maar wel gehorig. De ligging is dichtbij de boulevard en dat is fijn. Helaas hebben we niet gelet op de ligging van het balkon want daar komt geen zon, helaas. Nu is dat in de zomer minder erg, maar in februari is dat wel een gemis. En de 2e badkamer, m.n. de douchecabine, is wel heel erg klein. Verder was alles ruimschoots aanwezig, zoals handdoeken e.d.

Costa Blanca - Spanien

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Zentralen Lage zu Javea. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine Wäschespinne alles vorhanden. Einbauküche mit Mikrowelle Kühl - Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Strand und Promenade in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder. Jean Paul Pernell hat sich als zuvorkommender Vermieter präsentiert und war stets ansprechbar wenn es was gegeben hätte. Gerne wieder.

Loved it

I stayed at Jean Paul's apartment in April 2022 . It was spotlessly clean, it was impressive, the mattresses were so so comfortably, I wish I could have them in my own home. Jean Paul met us on arrival and even though we were slightly late arriving due to airport delay, he was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a trouble to him. The apartment was well equipped, washing machine, clothes horse, hairdryer, large fridge freezer all available.... the orange juicer was a huge plus for us. The apartment was very secure, with under ground secure carpark. We will definitely stay again and have already been trying to arrange another holiday. No complaints at all. Thank you Jean Paul.

Où est la vue sur le Montgo

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre. Agréable aussi de trouver des produits pour assurer l’entretien pendant notre séjour. Gros bémol : un immeuble en construction devant la terrasse qui obstrue totalement la vue promise sur le Montgo. Dommage
