No internet during our whole 2 week stay

We know Javea very well and have stayed here over the last 15 years, covering around 8 different properties. This townhouse is situated in an excellent location near to the Arenal beach, sops and restaurants. HOWEVER we did not have internet throughout our whole stay, due to a damaged cable in the street. The small room at the top of the house did not have working aircon and is extremely hot. When I booked the small room said single/twin, when we arrived we found bunk beds- which my son who is 6ft 4" had to sleep in. The shower heads in both the main, and ensuite bathrooms were unusable so we had to wait in for a plumber to fix at the start of the holiday. We sent a bill to the owner for the cost of data for 5 people, who all have own data packages, three of whom are our adult children of 18, 18 & 23 years, who spend half there time relaxing watching YouTube. Now, having been back home for more than 2 weeks, the payment is being disputed.

Like Clara stated it, as a diligent owner, we are very proud to rent a villa with all the facilities and the comfort of a high standing villa That is why, as soon as our key keeper heard that one of the shower head was not working correctly anymore, we contacted the plumber the same day who solved the problem immediately. Concerning the Internet there was indeed a broken wire in the street and despite all our effort to get it solved quickly the Internet company was technically not able to fix it immediately. Even though it was not our responsibility we found it fair to intervene in communication coast of the renters. Therefore, for the 12 days of their stay. we reimburse nearly 200 GB of communication in 4G, what means 3200 hours of music or the download of 400.000 internet pages and the download of 60 film in full DVD quality. But It looks like Clara wants to get more money for the Internet. She wants me to provide her nearly 400 euros of Internet for her 12 days – more than my yearly use - a little bit excessive isn’t it ? Therefore, I get a 2 star evaluation – which is an unfair evaluation. For the bunk bed and the air conditioning of the last bedroom I invite the renters to read the advertising correctly. Everything is correctly described in the advertising and if it is not clear or if the renter hesitate, we will be very happy to help and provide any clarification needed. Like 100 % of the other families and renters wrote in their evaluation we will be more than happy to continue to do our best to make your stay in our villa a very relax ad pleasant experience.

Necesita muchas mejoras
