No internet during our whole 2 week stay

We know Javea very well and have stayed here over the last 15 years, covering around 8 different properties. This townhouse is situated in an excellent location near to the Arenal beach, sops and restaurants. HOWEVER we did not have internet throughout our whole stay, due to a damaged cable in the street. The small room at the top of the house did not have working aircon and is extremely hot. When I booked the small room said single/twin, when we arrived we found bunk beds- which my son who is 6ft 4" had to sleep in. The shower heads in both the main, and ensuite bathrooms were unusable so we had to wait in for a plumber to fix at the start of the holiday. We sent a bill to the owner for the cost of data for 5 people, who all have own data packages, three of whom are our adult children of 18, 18 & 23 years, who spend half there time relaxing watching YouTube. Now, having been back home for more than 2 weeks, the payment is being disputed.

Necesita muchas mejoras

La casa necesita una reforma y una limpieza más exhaustiva, cambio de electrodomésticos como la nevera y la televisión. Los baños y sobre todo la cocina están para renovar así como las puertas y las paredes viejas y sucias. Se podrían aprovechar mejor las terrazas si el mobiliario fuera más cómodo. La decoración es tremenda y hace falta una renovación de sábanas y toallas que ya piden a gritos un cambio

En general, muy contentos

La casa es muy grande, al igual que las habitaciones, y lo que más me gustó fue el patio trasero, dónde daba sombra por la mañana y salir a desayunar es una maravilla. Para pagar obligatoriamente el servicio de limpieza, algunas toallas estaban muy sucias aunque Elena, la persona de contacto allí, en seguida nos la cambió. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, respondiendo rápido a mis WhatsApp. Positivo: la ubicación, a unos minutos a pie de la playa del Arenal, el paseo, las calas cercanas donde practicamos kayak y snorkel, la urbanización con piscina, aire acondicionado en toda la casa y ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones... Nos dejaron vino, mantequilla, agua con gas y otras cosas, todo un detalle Negativo: el lavavajillas no está cuidado (le faltaba sal y abrillantador, creo que desde hacía tiempo). Sal había y pude echarle, pero no abrillantador. La nevera aguantó los diez días aunque hacia hielo por detrás y el calentador se apaga constantemente. Pequeñas cosas que con algo de mantenimiento se pueden resolver.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est propre et bien agencée. Juste un peu chaud au deuxième étage car pas de climatisation. La résidence est aussi agréable et proche de la plage.

Très heureux de notre séjour. Idéalement situé, très bien équipé et très agréable, ce logement nous a donné entière satisfaction. Pas besoin de voiture, la ville et la plage à pieds ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible.

Parfait pour des vacances familiales

La maison est bien agencée, très propre et très agréable. Elle est aussi bien équipée selon les désirs de chacun. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre au choix et à tout moment de la journée. La piscine avec 3 bassins de profondeurs diffèrentes est idéale pour passer de bons moments avec des petits mais aussi pour nager et se détendre. Javea est une chouette station balnéaire: du sable fin, une digue avec des bars et restaurants pour tous les goûts et surtout de plaines de jeux tous les 200m permettant aux enfants de passer un bon moment lorsque les adultes mangent ou boivent un verre. En résumé, une annonce qui tient ses promesses et que je recommande!

VACACIONES SEMANA SANTA

En general, tuvimos una estancia encantadora en esta casa. Éramos 7 personas y teníamos suficiente espacio para movernos sin ningún problema. Los desayunos en el patio han sido estupendos. La zona era muy tranquila y fácil aparcar los coches. El contacto con la persona que nos tenía que recibir fue rápido y allí estaba esperando cuando llegamos. Gracias a ella y a su esposo fue posible solucionar el problema del calentador, no salía el agua caliente y resultó que era por falta de presión del agua. PROS - Ubicación, a 3 minutos andando de la zona de El Arenal a través de Passage Genova - 3 plantas con 4 habitaciones dobles, todas ellas muy limpias - Acceso a la piscina comunitaria de la vivienda. - Muy cerca del supermercado CONTRAS - Al principio la caldera no funcionaba correctamente. La razón era que la válvula de agua estaba casi cerrada por lo que no había suficiente flujo para encenderlo - WIFI no funcionaba durante toda la estancia - Tenemos que firmar un contrato de arrendamiento que firmamos pero nunca fue devuelto. El contrato incluye el uso de WIFI, sin embargo no funciono y no se dio ninguna alternativa. - Si usted trae un bebé, tenga en cuenta que no hay batidora A pesar de estos inconvenientes, el resumen es que hemos pasado unos días estupendos y también el tiempo nos acompaño.

Location très agréable

Location très agréable, proche de la plage arenal (2 à 3 minutes selon le marcheur). Nous n'avons pas utilisé la salle à manger, la terrasse nous convenait pour la prise des différents repas. La maison permet de vivre à trois couple sans aucune gène. La location est propre et bien tenue, le propriétaire nous a fourni tous les renseignements permettant de passer un agréable séjour. Je recommanderais cette location volontiers à un amis.

Excellent séjour à Javea

Aucune déception. Maison dans une résidence calme idéalle pour une famille, accueillante, propre et bien située. La piscine dans la résidence est un plus pour les enfants. Les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques surtout les criques (prévoir des chaussures pour les galets). Le propriétaire nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires et importantes (plan, coordonnées médecin...) Nous serions prêt à retourner à Javea et je recommande cette location.

Des vacances mémorables!

Je ne peux que féliciter le propriétaire pour la qualité de son logement et ses attentions! Le propriétaire était disponible si nous avions des questions. La maison est propre, la décoration soignée, la literie impeccable, Nous avions tout ce qui nous fallait pour cuisiner et des serviettes de bain à disposition! La maison est aussi bien située, pas besoin de voiture, tout peut se faire à pied! je ne peux que recommander cette location et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir!

Location extrêmement agré...

Location extrêmement agréable à tous points de vue : très bien équipée, confortable, très propre (literie impeccable), située dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine, très grande et composée de trois bassins, est très agréable aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands. A proximité immédiate de la très belle plage de sable El Arenal et de l’animation, cette location est idéale pour se reposer, se divertir et également visiter la région. Et le climat est un pur bonheur !!!

Une maison très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour en famille. De plus, la piscine est trés bien conçue avec plusieurs bassins (pour les enfants c'est génial) et puis la plage et le centre sont à quelques pas.En résumé, des vacances au soleil dans un environnement favorable sur tout point de vue.

Maison très agréable et t...

Maison très agréable et très propre avec jolie terrasse pour manger dehors. Elle est très bien située, à quelques minutes à pieds seulement de la plage de l'arenal et des restaurants. Sans oublier, la superbe piscine appartenant au complexe ! Proprietaire très avenant. Je recommande vivement cette location.
