Villa located in the historic center of Porto Azzurro 50 meters from "la rossa" beach and from all city centre services such as bar, restaurant, pharmacy supermarket and so.

The house is surrounded by green gardens inside the walls, with indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, all furnished to enjoy nature in the center of the village.

The panoramic terrace located on the rooftop offers a beautiful view of the entire seafront. The garage is located before the beginning of the stairs.
The house consists on the ground floor of a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a single bedroom; on the second floor are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a second bathroom.
Through an external staircase you reach the panoramic terrace located on the roof, which enjoys views of the entire bay and the village of Porto Azzurro.

Herbstferien

Unsere Familie (2 Teenager und 4 Erwachsene) hatten wunderbare 14 Tage im Herbst 2023 verbracht. Die Lage des Objekts ist wunderschön. Inmitten Portoazzurro, daher sehr gut angebunden. Grill ist vorhanden, wurde durch uns genutzt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, das eine Badezimmer ist sehr spartanisch. Einen Staubsauger ist nicht vorhanden, die WCs und Zimmer waren aber sauber. Portoazzurro ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Restaurant hat es sehr viele um das Eck. Folgende Punkte möchten wir für andere Urlauber mitteilen: - viel Platz und für Hunde super (eingezäunt) - die Grundausstattung in der Küche ist ok - Garage kann nicht genutzt werden, die Auffahrt ist mit einem Kombi nicht machbar. Besonders ärgerlich, wenn man in der Hauptsaison anreist. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind rar oder ansonsten sehr teuer - Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse fehlt - Kommunikation mit Carlotta funktionierte einwandfrei und war sehr nett :-)
