The spacious apartment with 100 square meters has been completely renovated in 2014 and installed two new bathrooms. It is only 300m from the centre and 400m from the beautiful, very suitable for children sandy beach in a green zone of Marina di Campo. It is located on the first floor with a private terrace, private outdoor area and parking.

The modern kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, elect. Oven, four gas cooker, large fridge freezer and stone sink. Three bedrooms, one with double-bed , two with single beds(which can be pushed together on request), a living room with large dining table and sofa bed. Two bathrooms, each with shower, bidet. The south-facing terrace with a table for 8 people invites you to enjoy every meal.

The house is fully equipped with pots, dishes, towels and sheets. In a separate room under the terrace there is a washing machine.

From 2026 the appartment will be provided with air conditioning devices.

Isola d’Elba per noi

Giuliana and Mathias were very responsive even though communications were sometimes difficult. The place is perfectly located on the island, is clean, and has all the necessary equipment. We definitely recommend this place!

Location yes! House ok-ish

Location 10/10! The house however could use some attention here and there (garden is not really inviting) poor water pressure in shower, bed (especially double bed very hard and uncomfortable) etc. Difficult to cool down the house during summer. Location was really good though.

Hallo Die Wohnung war super, geräumig und sehr sauber auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Allerdings der Garten war sehr ungepflegt, die Gartenmöbel verrostet und eingestaubt, das gleiche mit den Fahrrädern. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne Grüße KH

Schöne geräumige in guter Lage, sehr zu empfehlen

Große geräumige Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz. Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und der Strand ist in kürze zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und wir erhielten bei Rückfragen schnell eine Antwort. Allgemein ist die Unterkunft sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

Waren mit drei Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern für 4 Wochen dort. Es war perfekt. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super und die Lage einfach top. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, was für uns auch wichtig war. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet und der Kontakt war super freundlich. Immer wieder gerne:)

Sehr schöne Insel

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, weiträumig und blitzsauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, besonders auf der großen Terrasse. Die Umgebung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussnähe, sowie auch shoppen und der Strand. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und das es zwei Bäder hatte, war der pure Luxus. Wir sind bestens erholt nach Hause gekommen. Ausserdem hat uns der Vermieter, ohne Aufforderung ,noch zusätzlich mit WLAN ausgestatten. Ein echter super Service, vielen Dank dafür. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

La casa è in ottima posizione sia per il mare che per il centro. Le dotazioni interne sono molto essenziali ma nel complesso c'è tutto. L'host è molto gentile e risponde subito alle richieste. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Idealer Ausgangsort um Elba erkunden

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Die Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand angetroffen. Die Betten waren frisch gemacht. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Wäscheständer etc.waren vorhanden. Es hat alles wirklich was es braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, mehrere Restaurants und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben unsere E-Bikes mitgebracht und die ganze Insel in Tagesausflügen von Marina di Campo aus erkundet. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen da und haben es sehr geschätzt, dass es zwei Badezimmer im Haus hat. Wir haben uns mit Vorliebe in der grossen und gut eingerichteten Küche aufgehalten. Wer auf den Blick vom Haus aufs Meer und auf einen gepflegten Garten verzichten kann und und sich vom mässigen Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos nicht stören lässt, kann hier perfekte Ferien verbringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Geräumige Wohnung nicht weit vom Strand

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Marina di Campo sehr genossen. Zu Beginn war es sehr warm in der Wohnung, sowie auch draussen. Wir: 5Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind genossen es auf der abgeschlossenen Terasse zu Frühstücken und zu Abendessen. Auch konnten wir im Garten auf dem Grill frischen Fisch braten. Top Lage, ruhig und nicht weit zum Brötchen holen und einkaufen. Zu Fuss in 5-10Minuten ins Städtchen und zum Strand. Im Garten leider keinen Schattenplatz zum verweilen.

Sommerurlaub erfolgreich beendet

Wir sind mit fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder angereist. Die Größe der Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Der Strand und die schöne Promenade sind schnell erreicht. Abzüge gebe ich für den "Garten". Der eignet sich nur für Wäsche aufhängen und Auto parken, was für die Kindern wirklich schade war.

Vacanza Fantastica

Soggiorno perfetto in questo appartamento fantastico a 2 passi dalla spiaggia di Marina di Campo. L' appartamento è pulito , curato , comodo per anche per 2 famiglie e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è magnifica a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro e e dalla spiaggia. la terrazza e l' ampio giardino sottostante risultano comodissimi e inoltre il bellissimo BBQ in muratura consente anche qualche cena divertente. Consigliatissimo !!!
