The spacious apartment with 100 square meters has been completely renovated in 2014 and installed two new bathrooms. It is only 300m from the centre and 400m from the beautiful, very suitable for children sandy beach in a green zone of Marina di Campo. It is located on the first floor with a private terrace, private outdoor area and parking.
The modern kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, elect. Oven, four gas cooker, large fridge freezer and stone sink. Three bedrooms, one with double-bed , two with single beds(which can be pushed together on request), a living room with large dining table and sofa bed. Two bathrooms, each with shower, bidet. The south-facing terrace with a table for 8 people invites you to enjoy every meal.
The house is fully equipped with pots, dishes, towels and sheets. In a separate room under the terrace there is a washing machine.
From 2026 the appartment will be provided with air conditioning devices.
