Beachfront villa in the Gulf of Guardiola, at the far end of Procchio beach. Accessible by car only for residents or on foot/by sea. Private garden with direct access to the sea and private parking. On two levels: upstairs, 3 bedrooms (double, single, and triple with 140 cm bed and bunk bed), bathroom with bathtub, and sea-view terrace; downstairs, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a single bedroom.
The house is equipped with every comfort: Wi‑Fi, bed and bath linens, barbecue, sun loungers, beach umbrella, washing machine, and everything you need for a relaxing stay just steps from the sea.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private garden with direct access to the sea, the panoramic terrace, the barbecue area, and the parking space.
