Casa Cote is a historic building completely renovated in a modern key, with simplicity and attention to small details. It is located in the small seaside village of CHIESSI a few steps from the sea and its beautiful granite cliffs, in dialect called COTE, from which it takes its name.
The house has two apartments, Cote Alta is located on the first floor.
A staircase leads to the terrace (sea view) of the upper apartment and from here you enter a large living room divided between a large modern kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and a living room with sofa, bar corner and 43 "LCD TV. From the living room, through a large sliding glass door, you access the second balcony, also with a beautiful sea view, equipped with a teak table and chairs for 4 people and a sunshade. A casket door divides the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with window and comfortable shower with shower head. Graceful and elegant, Casa Cote is cured both indoors and outdoors.

A GARDEN-SOLARIUM SHARED A FEW METERS FROM THE HOUSE, directly overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers and sitting area, will make you witness spectacular sunsets over Corsica.

We are in the west of Elba also called "Costa del Sole" for mild temperatures throughout the year. Chiessi, a small, but pretty village overlooking the sea, away from mass tourism for a relaxing holiday. In Chiessi you will not find shops along the sea and night clubs, but a lot of tranquility
Pebble beach, crystal clear water, and cliffs that slope gently into the sea. The panorama sweeps over Pianosa and Corsica and those who love to stay on the beach until late can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island with the sun plunging behind the French island. For those who love the mountains, from Chiessi there are several practicable paths that reach the summit of Monte Capanne (1019 meters above sea level). Particularly striking are the spring and autumn colors that we find in Chiessi.
