Charming house (terraced) with private garden located in a residence with park and swimming pool (in water from June to September). Located in one of the prettiest villages on the island preserved from tourism, it is located in a haven of greenery and calm, while being close to beaches and swimming sites, tourist villages offering all seaside services and shops.
The house has been recently renovated, it very comfortably accommodates 4 people, in a contemporary, simple and refined decor. The garden, the view of the port of Marciana Marina and the sea, are particularly appreciated assets.

The house and its garden are located in a private residence with a large park and a swimming pool.

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl in dem wunderschönen Haus gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und der herrliche Garten waren ein Traum. Außerdem hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Städtchen mit sehr leckeren Restaurants! Sandra ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, war stets erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, bestens ausgestattet und alles sehr sehr sauber. Liebevoll und reichhaltig eingerichtet, das würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder anmieten.

Erholsamer Urlaub im Grünen mit super Aussicht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das gilt auch für Besteck, Geschirr und den restlichen Küchenutensilien. Auf einen Fernseher muss man zwar verzichten, wir haben ihn jedoch nicht vermisst. Wir hatten den Pool zu unserer Zeit im Juni meist für uns allein und er war gepflegt. Der Garten ist ein Traum und war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Die Betten sind bequem. Sandra war für uns immer erreichbar und gab uns auch immer wieder gute und nützlicheTipps für die Insel. Wir würden wieder bei Sandra buchen. Vielen Dank für Alles und deine führsorgliche Art.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist einfach toll, der Ausblick einmalig. Der direkt Zugang zum Ort ist ebenfalls super. Sandra und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit! Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren auch danach immer ansprechbar! Sie haben das Haus mit Herz eingerichtet! Tausend Dank!!!

An einem traumhaften Dorf

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und direkter Zugang nach Bergdörfchen Peggio. Großer sauberer Pool. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Gut für Familien geeignet. Freundliche Vermieterin, die uns alles zu Beginn erklärte.

Wonderful holiday home in wonderful surroundings

The house in Poggio is nicely furnished, has a beautiful garden and the use of the pool in the whole complex rounds off a nice holiday. The climate is very pleasant there even on hot days, as Poggio is somewhat elevated. We spent a nice two weeks there with our family. The landlord Sandra was always available via Whatsapp for questions - a very nice contact.

Herrliche Aussichten

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool. Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Bucht von Marciana Marina. Ein toller Urlaub!

Solo questo: dopo 16 estati in italia nostra figlia ha detto che il soggiorno a Elba Nella casa di Sandra con la Vista meravigliosa, la piscina pulitissima e le camere accoglienti e commode sia stato la vacanza ottima Della sua vita. Mio marito ed io sono assolutamente d'accordo!! :)

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus in einer grünen Oase

In dem Haus findet man die Ruhe, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Schöne Terrassen mit traumhaften Blick auf Machiana Marina und das Meer. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Swimmingpool ist groß, nicht beheizt, was aber bei den Temperaturen nicht stört, und liegt ebenfalls traumhaft eingebettet In der Alage. Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden und sehr stylisch. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum kochen bzw. backen braucht. Geräumige Spülmaschine. Praktisch ist, dass man für alle Fenster und die Terrassentüre Mückennetze anbringen kann. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung des Hauses sehr geschmackvoll, wobei das Wohnzimmer etwas karg eingerichtet ist. Alles in allem ein einzigartiges Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr Wohlgefühl haben. Empfehlenswert!!
