Apartments Villa Monticelli - Three rooms apartment

The three-rooms apartment occupies a unique and very convenient position for families, in the village centre, facing the sea, so it is not necessary to use a car.
The view is beautiful.
It is in fact located on the second and top floor of a small building which has a total of four apartments, and overlooks the sea and a large garden, owned by a villa from the early 1900s, shaded by centuries-old pine trees.
The garden cannot be accessed but, going around the block (about 100 metres), you can arrive to the large sandy beach - the largest on the island - which in front of our house offers both equipped and free spaces (we are opposite the Il Capriccio bath house).
The entrance to the building is at the beginning of the main pedestrian street of the village, opposite the church.
All services (beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket) are within easy walking distance.
It consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a large room equipped with a double sofa bed and a comfortable kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower box) and a small balcony, for a total of 4/6 beds.
The balcony is not very large, only a small table for two can fit, but the room, wide open to the sea and the garden, still offers a very beautiful and particular solution that can be compared to a loggia.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven.
At guests' disposal, a free washing machine is located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building.
It is furnished with great care: the parquet floor, the modern furniture, the tasteful tapestries make the apartment warm, pleasant and welcoming.
It is cool and breezy, given its position on the sea, and it is also equipped with ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedroom and air conditioning.
It is very bright: all the rooms have large windows.
Your pets are welcome without any additional payment.
The three-room apartment can be combined, in the case of several families of friends, with an adjacent two-room apartment and a cottage with garden, located 50 meters away.
Due to its position within the pedestrian area, the three-room apartment cannot offer private parking, but free public parkings are available about 150 meters away or paid private parkings are available about 400 meters away.
After each check out, the three-room apartment is cleaned and sterilized.
