Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla stazione di Sao Bento (centralissima e da cui partono treni per zone marittime), appartamento accogliente e moderno con tutti i comfort necessari (tv, condizionatore, wi-fi, sala e cucina abitabili, phon, macchina del caffè, microonde ecc ecc), letti molto comodi.

Apartamento completo, bom espaço e bem localizado, para quem gosta de fazer os passeios a pé. Tudo funcionou bem, da recepção aos itens de banheiro e cozinha. Chuveiro bom, cama ok, sofá cama ok. TV com muito canais e streaming, mesas, cabideiro, espelhos, tudo pensado para o bem estar. A limpeza do chão não estava muito boa. Sentimos e vimos sujeira nos pés ao andarmos descalços. Falta iluminação no box do chuveiro. A porta de vidro da entrada principal tem uma fechadura difícil.
