This unique penthouse in two floors offers large areas in a very tranquil 24 hour gated community called "La Cartuja del Golf". It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large terraces (50 m2 + 30 m2) in the south direction. The upper terrace has a barbeque, sun beds, lounge area, the other terrace has a dining area and a lounge area as well.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Scandinavian standard. TV and wi-fi. From the terraces you see the beautiful garden and swimming pools. The community has a free padel and tennis court and is close to many golf courses such as Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso Golf, Los Arqueros Golf, La Quinta Golf. On a walking distance from the apartment you find a well sorted supermarket.
Only 5 minutes drive away and you find beaches and the small city San Pedro with a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, and bakeries. From San Pedro you have the paseo maritimo for nice walking/running all the way to Puerto Banus and Marbella.

This is a perfect place for those who want to be in a quiet area and still only 5 minutes drive to beaches, golf and restaurants.
