Penthouse Luny is a modern duplex penthouse for 6 people with fantastic views of the sea and the greenery of Selwo (Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain).With more than 200m2 of terraces, the apartment is a true luxury and unique in the region. Here you will experience a feeling of total freedom.Inside, everything has been renovated and furnished in a modern style with a spacious living and dining room. There are three lovely bedrooms thanks to the large beds with high-quality mattresses. The master bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities. From the living room, you can immediately access a cosy terrace. On the Solarium, there is the largest rooftop terrace of 200m2 with covered areas and a large barbecue.The domain has no less than 2 communal swimming pools (open from the beginning of April), with a fenced child-friendly pool.The central location of the penthouse in the Costa Blanca offers many possibilities. There are very many golf courses in the immediate vicinity (no less than 30 courses). The beautiful sandy beaches near Estepona are well known and wide. Along the entire coast, there is a footpath and from the apartment you can walk directly to Estepona (7.5 km)! Estepona has a lot to offer. It is an authentic town with many cosy restaurants, bars and a harbour. You can endlessly stroll through the streets.
