Georgian CoachHouse Country Retreat & Hot Tub.Ideal for celebrations & families!

Tucked away but close to Norfolk's hot spots, enjoying bathing under the big Norfolk skies in the hot tub! A unique Georgian Coach House ideal for for special get- togethers, families, hens and celebrations with the real 'wow' factor. Options to book our private chef, Archery in the Paddock, afternoon tea and pampering treatments. We can also organise a beautiful celebration cake, bunting and bubbly. Lots of space to kick a ball and fly a kite, the large gardens have 2 dining areas with BBQ, a play paddock with playhouse, mini tractors and goalpost. At night the courtyard garden and hot tub is lit by festoon lights in the olive trees and roses. There is a friendly World Horse Welfare pony and a flock of rescued sheep in the paddocks, as well as an abundance of wildlife in the gardens. Near to the Royal Sandringham Estate, award-winning Watatunga Safari Park, Church Farm Children's Farm, Welney Wetland Centre, Dinosaur Adventure, the stunning Norfolk coast and Thetford Forest; the Coach House is a fantastic hub for touring the area.

Wedding Stay

My sister got married at The Red Barn, this was the perfect venue only 10 minutes down the road for the Bridal Party the night before, and a chunk of our family the night of the wedding. The property is clean, really well set up, beautiful grounds, plenty of parking and the perfect venue to get ready for the wedding with plenty of space for hair stylists, makeup artists and photography. Thank you Anna for an amazing stay, we were so relaxed throughout!

Hello, we'd love to welcome you to Lodge Farm! We enjoy hosting guests in The Coach House. The building used to be a very grand place to house horses and carts when it was built in 1800. Now converted to a spacious 5 bedroomed holiday retreat and rated 5 stars with a Gold Award from VisitEngland, it is completely self-contained, private and found at the end of its own sweeping driveway. We love the open countryside views with oodles of space and privacy.
