Beautiful house on an arable farm, perfect group get together. Ideal location for north/south meet ups. Sleeping 14 in 7 bedrooms. 10 mins M62 at Howden J37. York is half an hour.

Visit England 4* gold. Maintained to a high standard and complaint with current regulations. 3 en-suites, 2 superking. 2 singles, 1 king and 3 doubles. Games room, fire pit, hot tub, huge garden, children’s outdoor toys. Tarmac and large grass area to play.

Perfect base for exploring the area. York is half an hour or hop on the train at nearby Howden. Direct trains to Hull and Leeds. Guests from London have caught the train to Howden.

We can help with celebration groups. I've a list of local suppliers who will cater at the house as well as group activities here. We are very spoilt for family days out too. Castle Howard, the railway museum and Yorkshire Wildlife Park are all favourites. Howden is 10 minutes away and has everything you need. Fantastic park, restaurants and bars.

Lovely views across the farm. Tucked away but so easy to get to. Centrally located for north/south meet ups. M62 just 10 minutes away. So easy to access Leeds, Doncaster, York, Beverley, Castle Howard and the coast from here.

What makes this property unique

A beautiful period farmhouse. Peace and quiet, lovely gardens and very spacious. Big gardens and tarmac areas which are fabulous for kids to play and enjoy the pedal toys.
