With a large outdoor deck, bubbling hot tub, Ping-Pong, and foosball tables, plus easy access to water sports, it will provide everything you need for an unforgettable escape to North-Central Washington.

Perched high on a hill on Lake Chelan's western shores, this spacious home lies just 15 miles from Historic Downtown Chelan, where you'll find a variety of boutique shops and restaurants in the main street area with an Old West feel. Vacationing families and groups of friends will be just two miles to Fields Point for a ferry ride to Stehekin and five and a half miles to the Lake Chelan State Park boat launch.

Come home from a day of zipping around the lake to relax in this home's inviting interior or out in the hot tub. Settle in for some entertainment in the living area (TV, Blu-ray DVD, Netflix), where you can also spread out on comfortable couches, read a book on the wicker chair, or flip on the electric fireplace during chilly evenings.

Just beyond sliding glass doors, get a better look at the lake from the outdoor deck, which doubles as the perfect place for alfresco meals. Enjoy the lakeside panorama while sitting on Adirondack chairs, or fire up the deck's gas grill for a summertime barbecue. Both indoor and outdoor seating welcome meals together with your whole group.

Speaking of dining, the kitchen's modern appliances, cookware, and wide granite countertops make it easy to whip up homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner while you're here, and there's even additional breakfast bar seating.

Head into the garage for a post-meal Ping-Pong tournament, or play on the foosball table. You could also toss Bocce balls in the yard or wind down the day with sunset views from the hammock strung between two evergreen trees.

Retreat to bed when it's time to call it a day. The finished garage also contains a futon that converts to an additional queen bed. The main suite has a walk-in bathroom with a tub that's perfect for relaxing soaks at the end of the day.

Wake with a fresh cup of coffee in the kitchen, pull out a clean pair of clothes from the washer/dryer, and connect to the free WiFi to plan your next adventures. Sample the region's acclaimed wines at over a dozen local wineries, rent a watercraft and head onto the lake, or lace up your hiking boots for a wildland trek in the Wenatchee National Forest. If you've brought kids, take them for a day of wet and wild fun at Slidewaters Waterpark 14 miles southeast.

Pretty but dirty

I stayed in this house from 9/26-9/30. The view is absolutely beautiful. That wall of doors and windows when you arrive is a water lover’s dream. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to create a meal. The game room and hot tub looked nice but we did not use these features. The problems arose as soon as we were picking our rooms. The main bedroom had an unmade, slept in bed. We had arrived a little bit early, but in looking, there were no more linens for the bed, so it was obvious they would need to be laundered and there was no way to achieve this by check in time. The en suite bathroom was also dirty. One of the two sinks was visibly soiled and there was a white powder on the countertop. The outside of the shower was also dirty. The deck hadn’t been swept and the outside table had food on it. I messaged and was eventually told that a ticket was placed. We left to go shopping. When we arrived back 2 hours later, no one had shown up. I messaged again and informed management that I would have to do the sheets myself as I needed some place to sleep. I was told that someone would arrive the next day to take care of the issues. I let management know that we would be out of the house for most of the day on day 2, and they could come any time to fix things. When we arrived back, the deck had been swept but no attempt at the table. The couch outside was still covered and when I uncovered it, it was filthy. The bed that I had laundered for them had bee

Peaceful, Stunning Views, Relaxing, Lots of deer

This is a quiet and beautiful vacation spot. We were surrounded by deer families, beautiful trees, and a stunning and relaxing view of Lake Chelan. The stars at night are fabulous, and the back deck was perfect to spend relaxing evenings at.

Perfect Family Getaway

Booking, check in, and check out were exceptionally simple and straightforward. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The owners/property managers really did think of nearly everything. The property and grounds were clean and well maintained. We made use of the game room (lots of family fun to be had), the hot tub (very clean with an unbeatable view- extra beach towels provided), the bbq, and the outdoor dining space. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The property is near Lake Chelan State Park and only a 25 minute drive to Chelan proper. It was nice to get away from the bustle of town each evening to relax, watch the wildlife, and view the stars from the deck while listening to crickets. We would absolutely book a return trip.

Super fun place

I loved this house in terms of all the games it provided. My family and I had a great time. The house was also stocked with great kitchen utensils. The only down sides to this place was the cleaning. In the shower there were long black pieces of hair that stuck out immediately, so the showers obviously weren’t cleaned. They were also all throughout the hot tub. We also ran out of toilet paper during our stay but someone came to drop more off. Additionally, checkout was at 10 am and the hot tub maintenance guy came and worked on the hot tub around 8:30-9am? Lastly, the Jets in the master bathroom were not working.

Lovely place

Place had lovely views, was clean, all items we used were in good order and the views and hot tub had us relaxing in no time. Great place for a romantic getaway plus lots of activities there for a family. Road up is long and narrow but they kept it clear of snow and we appreciated the extra signs leading to the top.

Peaceful get away

The house had everything you need for a fun and peaceful vacation. The deck, grill, hot tub, ping pong table, and amazing view of the lake were a big hit with my family. Town was pretty quiet over Spring Break as most water activities don’t open until May, but we look forward to returning in the summer months!

Quiet

Enjoyed the peacefulness but it was further down the road from Chelan than I expect (my fault for not checking) the access road is a bit "funky" and the only comment from me that needs a bit of attention - the hot tub tie straps are all broken - the wind howled one night and lifted the lid dropping pine needles, etc. We did enjoy our entire stay. Property Manager got a 3 because we did not have any contact that I am aware of.

Nice view

Nice view with large windows. House sits on the side of a hill, above a row of 6-8 houses. The drive way is a dirt gravel road between two houses, snaking up the hill and changing to steep pavement. House has clean lines with no clutter. House is showing age and needs some repairs. No where to walk on property and if you walk down to the main road, Lakeshore Rd, there is no shoulder on either side for walking. Bring your own ping pong balls and Kleenex. Good WiFi. No local info.

Great house with an amazing view

Positives: the house and furnishings, deck, view, hot tub, master bed, and ping pong table. Negatives: some dirty dishes on the deck, hot tub had a dirty ring around edge and was stuck at 99 degrees (both of which were fixed), check out was a bit early at 10am and they wouldn't push to 11. Would definitely stay there again.

Great View & Nice Layout but Poor Condition

The view and layout of the home was great. Nice amenities, too. However, the condition of the home was poor. We are usually very easy going guests, but this home was a bummer of an experience. Not fully cleaned from guests before us when we arrived. Infested with ants (on counter tops, tables, floor boards in every room, etc) Jetted bath tub shot out algae from jets when we tried to use. Sink drain pipes sprayed water when we ran the dishwasher flooding kitchen floor and sink cabinet. Ants and jetted bathtub were fixed by a very nice service man, but it took 48 hours and 3 calls to Vacasa. We were told dishwasher was a reoccurring problem and would be looked at after we checked out. It’s sad…this is a nice home, but is not being managed, cleaned, or maintained well. Very hesitant to rent from Vacasa again.

Hidden Gem

This is a quaint and charming vacay rental. The view sells itself and that was worth the price of admission. Utilities and amenities were all solid and working. Beds were comfortable and clean. Every morning we were greeted by a heard of deer and their babies. Morning coffee was great on both the front porch and back porch. PRIVATE! No one around! The kids enjoyed the finished garage. Even in the heat it didn’t get too hot out there for them (it’s not air conditioned where the bunk beds are). The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I think you need to manage your expectations when getting vacay rentals because they’re not 4 star hotels. The deck and the hot tub could use a good amount of attention since the back view is really the feature of the whole property. I would definitely book here again. My mom and kids loved it and I was really proud to bring them there.

Nice view

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has everything you need: dishes, pots, blankets, W/D, kitchen appliances, central AC, and more. The view from the house on the lake is amazing, lots of privacy around the property. The only complain would be the cleanliness of the house. The rental company charges the cleaning and housekeeping fees, but it doesn't feel like someone is doing a good job on that. When we arrived, the floor was very dusty, dirty, and didn't look like it was vacuum or mop for ages. Also, the bed sheets didn't feel fresh or washed either. We had to wash all linens but the other issue was a dryer that is barely drying and it takes forever to dry your clothes or linens. Feels like the dryer vent needs some work. We stayed for a week, so we decided to mop the floor too as it was very dirty. I hope that the property manager will pay attention to people's reviews and followup on this. Also, the game room in the garage doesn't have AC, so it's very hot during summer to stay there. Other than that, we did enjoyed our stay and had a good time.

Great views of the Lake

The views were great, the serenity and the distance from neighbors was also great. The deck is big, the hot tub and A/C were great. Laundry and set up all worked well. The garage rec room should probably be fully changed to be part of the house if it is considered as part of the living space for number of people accommodated- the garage door is not insulated or sealed so too hot in July, probably too cold in winter. The driveway is a challenge for trailers and it is quite a ways north so access to launch sites is trickier. Obviously, this property is slowly being updated to quite nice standards and will probably be better all the time. Lots of towels and blankets and even soap (of various kinds). The propane tank ran dry and the info online suggested a quick call to the local Vacasa would work well. First, leaving the phone number readily accessible would have been great, second, I'm pretty sure the Vacasa rep wouldn't answer at 7:30pm on July 4th when we discovered we were out of propane. I refilled it for $20 at the Chevron but a second tank, even one locked to the grill, would have been even better. Lots of parking, tons of dishes, cookware, and silverware but definitely bring your own trash bags and saran wrap/aluminum foil (just a reminder- we should have expected to bring our own, for sure). Overall, quite nice and the price was reasonable.
