Beautiful views from villa on south side of Florence

Roberta and Paolo are the perfect hosts. They met us at the villa on check in to show us about the house and helped us with advice about the area. The villa is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Our group of 6 enjoyed having wine on the covered porch soaking in the incredible views. The property is gorgeous. If you stay in Florence for a few days, take the 8euro train trip to Lucca for a day. Great walking town without the crowds of Florence.

Fantastic

Well what to say about Santa Barbara. It has been an adventure! We spent the entire summer in this property and had a terrific time. Incredible views, wonderful pool and a really hand location for getting into Florence or going to the train station to see other parts of Italy. Roberta and her family are incredibly supportive hosts.

Fabulous Tuscan villa – just close enough to Firenze

The villa is just a ten minute drive from the city, but you are instantly transported into the idyllic setting of the Tuscan hills. Roberta and Giancarlo are fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The kids (and everyone else) loved the amazing pool and the villa is full of rustic charm and character. A car is a must giving you easy access to the beaches, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, plus the trains are great so you can visit Bologna, Rome, Venice etc... For an authentic Italian villa experience we would highly recommend. One piece of advice – a Fiat Cinquecento would serve you better than a Range Rover... the roads get pretty narrow 😊

Incroyable maison

Une villa fantastique dans un parc magique: des oliviers, de la vigne des arbres fruitiers et des animaux, le tout à 10 minutes en voiture du centre historique de Florence. Les enfants ont également la piscine, avec une très jolie vue sur la campagne Toscane. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont donné plein de bonnes adresses.
