Maestranze "il bidello" is located on the first floor. The bright and welcoming environment has been designed and built around the needs of the tourist.
The flat is accessible by self check in, the unique code will allow you to enter independently and without any time limit.
The rooms are made with simple and durable elements.
The energy efficiency of the flat allows to maintain an optimal temperature both in summer and in winter.
For the heating of the individual areas there are radiant floor panels, while for the warmer months a ceiling unit has been installed which will allow you to cool the whole flat in a few minutes.
The contemporary and timeless style of the furnishings is achieved with floors known as terrazzo or seminato. The walls, which have a porous finish, have been created with a highly breathable product.
The living room/kitchen has a resting area furnished with a wide-seated sofa and a TV.
In addition to the basic utensils, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, minibar and espresso machine.
In the pastel-coloured bedroom you will have enough space to put your suitcases down, hang up your jackets and organize your stuff in the chest of drawers. The mattress is comfortable whether you sleep on your side or on your back, and the duvet used will be cool or warm depending on the season.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower head and hand shower, a pair of sanitary fittings, bidet and toilet, and a washbasin resting on a cabinet with large drawers, in which you will find your courtesy kit (towels, shower towel and mat).
There are also USB and USB-C sockets, so you don't have to worry about adapters for electrical sockets.
The balcony overlooks the green spaces, during the summer you can dine outdoors and enjoy the tranquillity and silence that surrounds the area.
