A stylish & centrally-located newly built beautiful private one bed-house. The house is fully furnished & awaiting you to enjoy. It is a 16mins drive to Bluewater, 35mins to London Bridge, 13mins walk to train stn & 1 min walk to Tesco. Spacious room with 2 single beds and bedding, wardrobe with hangers.
The lounge is furnished with a double sofa-bed for two sleepers, and a chaise chair, with extra mattresses for more sleepers (available upon request), a spiral staircase, parking, a garden, a warm, Smart TV/Netflix, a Beautiful bathroom, a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc.

The property is very close to a train station and was very clean. Ola was very communicative and very helpful with every question we had. We loved our stay. Thanks Ola for making my first stay in London great.

Great host and convenient location

Host was incredibly helpful andCommunicative. Address all questions quickly and made for a nice stay. The Tesco being across the street was highly convenient and the train stations were just close enough to be walkable. Overall this listing was well worth the price.

Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much.

Great stay fantastic hosts

Ola and his wife are very generous hosts. Upon arrival they made sure we had everything we needed. We had delayed baggage and they provided us with uk chargers we desperately needed as some of our chargers were in our delayed baggage We felt comfortable and our needs were met One small thing I would say though is to be mindful that the flat is cozy size however everything is brand new and clean! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants an excellent stay with wonderful hosts

This place is tiny, (about 8ft wide in total) and is no frills. The host was helpful and good at keeping us informed before we arrived. They were flexible given our very late arrival due to 9 traffic diversions on our trip down. They were very noisy in our final evening, due to a noisy social event.The TV had no antenna and had a broken half of the screen, making watching anything difficult. No tea or coffee or other supplies were provided, so bring your own. Parking was at the nearby Tesco Express, which says 1hr maximum stay, but has no issues when you stay longer e.g. overnight. It's also handy for morning Costa or quick supply visits. Probably the worst thing is the poor quality sleeping facilities, The sofabed is a terrible sofa and a worse bed. A mattress was supplied for the floor, so I guess they know. The upstairs beds (twin) are squeaky bases and the most uncomfortable bed I think I've ever slept on.

Great host and stay!

We stayed at ola's for a week during the summer. The little flat is newly renovated so is very clean. Ola the host lives next door so was on hand to answer any questions we had. Our children enjoyed their garden and they were happy to share their trampoline. Parking is free outside and there is a tescos express directly across the street. As its summer they provided us a Dyson fan, which was really appreciated. The oven is brand new... The fire alarms are slightly sensitive so just take care when cooking! Really enjoyed our stay and ola and his family are extremely accommodating. Thank you all!
