Sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Reaktion und Lösung bei Problem (Stromausfall) sehr schnell. Toilettenspülungen funktionieren nur bedingt. Ausstattung Küche lückenhaft (Lappen, Spültuch fehlten).
