Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sardinero 100 meters from the beach with private covered garage and two outdoor terraces. Privileged location to enjoy the beach and the entire coastal area where you will find all the restaurants, entertainment venues such as The Gran Casino, The Palacio de la Magdalena, Centro botin. Very well connected to the city center.
The apartment has 3 floors and the access to each of them is through stairs, it is not recommended for small children.
