This was a very good stay. The apartment was well cleaned and overall, well maintained. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues (soap holder in the shower was loose, front door handle was loose).
The two bedrooms are separated by the bathroom, which was fantastic as my colleague and I didn't bother each other with music or phone calls. Each room can also be set to its own temperature via remote which was OUTSTANDING.
The area was not bad and felt safe, however I will say there is not a great deal of food or attractions in the immediate area, but a ~5-10 euro taxi ride in almost any direction will get you to plenty of stuff.
One issue I had was that the WIFI did work, however it was a bit slow (like DSL speeds slow) so I ended up using my cellular data alot.
Overall though if you are looking for a nice quiet place this was a good choice, especially for the price.
