Great location, well stocked

Great location, just steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the amenities of beach toys and bodyboards. Two families went on vacation and we each rented one of these condos -- it was great to be close but still have our own space. Recommend.

We really liked this unit. Clean, stocked, and minutes walk to beach--vacation to me is not having to load up the car with kids, food, and toys (or load out sand from the car upon return). Property Manager is really helpful. Only positives...wish we stayed longer!

Del Mar Stacation

The property was in a great location for us to get around and back and forth to our office. We have just moved about an hour away from Del Mar and had an intense business week at our offices in North County. It was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day. Our only suggestion would be to supply a couple of fans for the upstairs bedrooms. It got pretty hot at night. Mary

This town home features 2 parking spaces, a personal patio are with a BBQ, free wi-fi, central a/c, great electronics, and a washer/dryer in unit.
