a splendid terrace with breathtaking views and equipped with outdoor furniture;

Upstairs:
three bedrooms with high ceilings with wooden beams,
all rooms have a private private bathroom and allow independent access.

The Villa is a stone's throw from the center of the town of Malfa, thus benefiting from all the services available (pharmacy, shops, restaurants, post office...). The famous beach of Punta Scario is located about 600 meters away.
